How to store your potpourri: Take the potpourri out of it's container and place into an air tight container ex: Ziploc bag. That's it. My potpourri will not mold if it's kept air tight. When you want to use it again, open the air tight container and spritz with the corresponding Freshener, massage it around in the bag and dump it back into your favorite potpourri display. Enjoy! Another tip: Place 1/2 cup of the potpourri into a simmering pot, cover with water. Do NOT let the water evaporate fully. Remember, the more sun or heat that comes into contact with my potpourri's the stronger it is. Not for human consumption.
